Police: Rescue treasurer was a dirty dog
A 65-year-old Chester County woman landed a position in August 2009 as treasurer of a national nonprofit that rescues Japanese Chin dogs after she adopted a dog and touted her financial experience as a church bookkeeper, state police said.
